- How does Call by Call work?
At Call by Call you can choose between a number of telephone providers. You do this everytime you call by dialling the four- to six-digit number (prefix) of the chosen provider. With the so-called Open Call by Call (no registration), the connection provider (Telefonica) is paid on receipt of an account, or the Call by Call provider is paid directly. A normal telephone connection is required for using Call by Call. (Also look at our section "Links").
Application: You call the prefix + area code + telephone number

- Does Call by Call work with my telephone?
If you have a subscriber line with Telefónica, you can register and use Call by Call without problems. Telefónica is obleagued by law to allow calls with other operators.
In cable networks, such as ONO, it will not be possible to use prefix numbers.
- What do I need to use Auditiv Call by Call?
A fixed-line connection of Telefonica de Espana is all you need.
- What happens when I have more than one telephone connection?
No problem. We can give you low-cost calls on as many connections you want.
- How much does it cost to register for this service?
It is free to register for our service. You only pay when you phone and then you only pay the cost of the call.
- Should I always dial a specific prefix to use your service?
You dial the number of the service you want to use (1051, 1074, etc.), before you dial the actual telephone number. If you activate "Pre-select", you don’t have to dial a prefix. Then the chosen prefix is dialled automatically everytime you call.
- What does "Pre-select" mean?
“Pre-select” is a free service, which entails us asking Telefonica to switch our prefix automatically on their telephone circuit. Once they’ve done it, no more manual dialling is required and you enjoy the benefit of the lowest tariff everytime you call.
Activating “Pre-select” usually takes Telefonica between 14 and 21 days. Until then, the prefix must be dialled everytime a call is made.
- Which prefix numbers are offered?
1051, 1074, 1054, 10787
- How are the calls charged?
Calls are charged per second from the first second. There are no extra costs.
- How much do I pay for national and international calls?
You can look at the ruling prices of national and international calls on our website. A complete list of ruling prices of all providers is available as a PDF download in your account.
Our prices are valid every day around the clock. So, you don´t have to keep an eye on the watch any longer to save on your calls.
Inside Spain 16% value-added tax (VAT) must be added to the quoted prices. There are no extra fees or costs.
- Do you change my telephone number when I register with Auditiv for low-rate calls?
No, you keep your current Spanish telephone number. You can also use your current phone as before.
- Would I be able to make low-cost calls in that case?
You can direct all your calls over us. Also when you call service and premium rate numbers. Search the price list for the best-suited prefix. Should you find a destination which cannot be called over us, the call will automatically be directed over your main provider (Telefonica)
- Will this service affect my ADSL, or other Internet connection?
No, because Call by Call is connected to your telephone line. Our VoIP service is also completely compatible with existing Internet connections.
Even if you have ADSL or broadband Internet, our VoIP Internet telephony will be of interest to you. International calls are cheaper with the service.
- How are invoices sent?
Independent of your payment method, you can choose whether you want to receive your invoice per mail or per e-mail. You can also log into your online account at any time. Here you will find an up-to-date overview of your calls and costs.
- Which contract is best suited for me?
If you phone a lot, you should use the Prepaid contract, because it gives you a 8% discount on all your calls. It also gives you full control over how much you spend on phone calls every month.
If you own a company, or are self-employed, send us an e-mail and ask us for our conditions and promotional offers for the Pro contract.
- Which payment options do you accept?
Auditiv offers a few payment methods. You could have your phone cost debitted against your bank account once a month, or charge your credit card. Alternatively, you could pay money into your user account in advance (prepay). You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or paypal.
- Is there a notice period to cancel the contract?
No, there is no notice period. Should you decide to stop using our service, you only have to inform us in writing. We will terminate your contract within a few days, send you a final account and debit your bank account with the items still outstanding. The deregistration is free.
